We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through our secure, third-party payment gateway using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or handling fees will be clearly disclosed during the checkout process before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent, incorrectly priced due to a system error, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns of opened consumable products (such as ink cartridges and toner) may not be accepted unless the item is defective.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in San Diego County, California. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
