Order Processing Times
Each order placed on ShopSoftGraphic goes through a verification and preparation stage before it leaves our facility. This allows us to confirm payment, review order details, and ensure your items are properly prepared for transit.
Cutoff Schedule
- 1Same-Day ProcessingOrders submitted before 12:00 PM (PST) on weekdays are processed the same business day.
- 2Next-Day ProcessingOrders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) or during weekends are queued for the following business day.

Handling Period
Our standard handling window is 5–7 business days. This covers internal order checks, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier. A confirmation with your tracking details will be sent once the package has been dispatched.
Carriers & Shipping Methods
We collaborate with nationally recognized carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule. The carrier assigned to your shipment depends on your location and the nature of the products ordered.
Our Carrier Network
- UPS — Handles the majority of our standard shipments across the contiguous US.
- FedEx — Deployed for expedited deliveries and certain specialty items.
- USPS — Used selectively for lightweight accessories or smaller supplementary products.

Delivery Coverage
Domestic Shipping
ShopSoftGraphic ships to all 50 US states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are accepted; however, those destinations may require up to 5–7 additional transit days and could be subject to supplemental carrier surcharges.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Due to product dimensions and carrier restrictions, we are unable to accommodate shipments to PO Box addresses. Military APO/FPO deliveries are accepted, with the understanding that extended transit times apply.
International Orders
Holiday & Peak Periods
Certain times of year see heightened order volumes across the industry. During these windows, both our internal handling timeline and carrier transit speeds may be affected. We strongly recommend placing orders ahead of schedule during these periods.
Weather & Carrier Disruptions
Events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier service interruptions are outside our control. Should your order be significantly impacted by such circumstances, we will reach out via email with updated delivery estimates.
Office Closures
Our fulfillment team does not operate on federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders received on these days will be queued and processed on the next available business day.
Tracking Your Order
From the moment your order ships, we keep you informed. A confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal will be sent automatically.
- Tracking data is generally accessible within 24 hours of shipment departure.
- Live tracking is available directly through the carrier’s website using the number provided.
- A signature upon delivery may be required for orders exceeding a certain value threshold.
- If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order date, please reach out to our team.
Shipping Problems
Damaged Items or Lost Packages
If your order arrives in damaged condition or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us right away. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Delivery Address
We encourage all customers to carefully review the shipping address entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, you may be responsible for any associated reshipment costs. To correct an address after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can only modify it before the item has been dispatched.
