Every product sold through ShopSoftGraphic is supported by the original manufacturer’s warranty, where one applies. This warranty is issued and managed entirely by the product manufacturer — not by ShopSoftGraphic.

The scope, duration, and terms of coverage depend entirely on the brand and model you purchased. We encourage customers to review the documentation included with their product or visit the manufacturer’s official support website for precise warranty details.

Important: ShopSoftGraphic acts as an authorized reseller. We do not manufacture, repair, or service the products we sell, and therefore do not issue any independent warranty on top of what the manufacturer provides.

Manufacturer warranties typically protect buyers against defects that originate from the production process. Coverage generally includes the following, though the exact terms vary by brand and product line:

What Is Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties have limitations. The following situations are typically excluded from coverage across most brands. Always verify with the specific manufacturer for your product:

  • Physical damage caused by drops, spills, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party part replacements
  • Normal wear and tear from extended use over time
  • Consumable components such as ink cartridges, toner, print heads, and batteries
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside of recommended environmental conditions
  • Issues arising from use of non-compatible or third-party accessories or supplies
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
  • Products that have had their serial number removed, altered, or made unreadable
Using non-genuine or third-party supplies (such as refilled cartridges) may void manufacturer warranty coverage on certain products. Please consult the manufacturer’s guidelines before using alternative supplies.

How to Register Your Product

Many manufacturers require product registration to activate or validate warranty coverage. We strongly recommend completing this step as soon as you receive your order, to ensure you are fully protected from day one.

Claiming Warranty Service

If your product develops an issue that appears to be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, the process to initiate a claim goes directly through the manufacturer. ShopSoftGraphic is not a warranty service center and is unable to process or facilitate manufacturer claims on your behalf.

General Claim Process

  • Contact the manufacturer’s customer support via their official website, phone line, or support portal.
  • Provide your product’s model number, serial number, and the date of purchase.
  • Share your proof of purchase (your ShopSoftGraphic order confirmation works for this).
  • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for diagnostics, return shipping, or repair scheduling.
Manufacturer contact details are included in your product’s packaging, user manual, or accessible on the brand’s official support website. If you need help locating the right contact, our team is happy to assist.

Our Role as a Reseller

ShopSoftGraphic is an authorized online reseller. We source genuine products from verified supply channels and sell them directly to consumers. Our responsibility is to deliver your order accurately and on time — post-sale warranty service and technical support fall under the manufacturer’s jurisdiction.

What This Means for You

  • All items sold by ShopSoftGraphic are authentic and eligible for the relevant manufacturer warranty.
  • We do not offer extended warranties, service plans, or repair services independently.
  • Products are sold on an “as-is, as-available” basis, backed only by applicable manufacturer warranties and consumer protections under US law.
  • ShopSoftGraphic is not liable for issues arising after delivery that fall outside of our refund and return policy window.
ShopSoftGraphic does not make any express or implied warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable local or federal consumer protection laws.
